The Luxe Picnic is a 2-hour boho-inspired beach picnic that features picture perfect décor, a seasonal charcuterie board, and local juices. We'll create an amazing experience that you and your guests are sure to remember and love. Enjoy on the beaches of Oahu, a park, or even your backyard with a seasonal charcuterie board. PICNIC INCLUDES - Seasonal charcuterie board - Complementary ice, bottled water, and local juices - ​Worry-free picnic set-up and tear-down - Instagram-worthy styling with picnic rugs or blankets, plush pillows, and décor - Custom welcome sign - Convenience Basket (sunscreen, wet wipes, bottle opener, etc.) - Portable Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music - Planning a proposal? We have the perfect add-on! PRICE Starting at $349.99 for Two People $50 per person for extra guests (includes extra seating, food, and beverages) A la Carte Add-Ons Available NOTE: Charges for additional people, add-ons, and extras will be invoiced separately after the booking reservation is made.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that we do not accept cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled picnic time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee (50%). Oasis Picnics may allow a picnic rebooking for no fee at the owner's discretion. Oasis Picnics reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather or safety concerns. Oasis Picnics will notify you of the cancellation via email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard, living room, or hotel room - just send us an email.
