This package is perfect for couples looking to spend a special evening together or for a special event to share with others. We pull out all the stops to make sure that you have an unforgettable experience. PICNIC INCLUDES - The Ultimate Oasis Package is 2 hours in duration (Extended time available) - Worry-free picnic set-up and tear-down - Seasonal charcuterie board - Bottled water, local juices, and ice - Instagram-worthy styling with picnic rugs or blankets, plush pillows, and décor - Custom welcome sign - Luxury Beach Cabana - Convenience Basket (sunscreen, wet wipes, bottle opener, etc.) - Portable bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music - 3-5 Candid photos included from a mobile device (professional photography add-on available) - Planning a proposal? Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event date. We allow reschedule requests with 7 days or more notice. The deposit is non-refundable within 14 days. Requests for cancellations received prior to 14 days will receive a full refund, minus a $200 coordination fee. Oasis Picnics reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather or safety concerns. Oasis Picnics will notify you of the cancellation via email or phone call, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded, minus $200 coordination fee. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This policy serves as our event contract.
